5 Tips for a successful FanDraft Draft!

Understanding all of the tools available at your disposal will help assure that your draft runs flawlessly. Below are some tips and recommendations to help become a better user of FanDraft.

Reset FanDraft Draft

STEP 1 - RUN A PRACTICE / MOCK DRAFT
You can perform an unlimited number of drafts with your league(s). The best way to become familiar with the FanDraft platform is by running some practice / mock drafts.

After you have performed a practice draft, simply RESET it by clicking the (...) icon and then selecting "Reset Draft"

Commissioner Mode

STEP 2 - COMMISSIONER MODE
When you turn on Commissioner Mode you can take full control of the draft. This allows you to make picks and nominate / bid on players on behalf of other owners.

Draft Tools

STEP 3 - DRAFT TOOLS (UNDO, EDIT, SKIP PICKS, Team On the Fly)
Need to UNDO a draft pick, or EDIT past draft picks?
How about SKIP an owner's pick, or even change who is currently on deck to draft?
The commissioner can click on the draft tools icon, and perform all of these tasks at any time.

Draft Clock Controls

#4 - CONTROL THE DRAFT CLOCK
There are three controls next to the draft clock that allow the commissioner to Pause/Play, Edit, or Reset the clock at any time during the draft.

Draft Reports

#5 - DRAFT REPORTS
When your draft is complete, head over to the "Reports" area of the FanDraft dashboard. This allows you to export different draft reports that can be sent to your league. These reports are also useful for expediting the process of rosters input into your league manager service.
