Fantasy Draft Rumble to Determine Your League's Draft Order
Looking for another quick and entertaining way to decide your fantasy football league’s draft order?
In the past, we’ve mentioned 100 Yard Rush as a fun, simple, and completely free option for commissioners who want something more entertaining than drawing names out of a hat. It lets your league owners race across the screen, with the final results determining your draft order.
A new alternative that recently launched is Fantasy Draft Rumble.
To be clear, neither 100 Yard Rush nor Fantasy Draft Rumble are related to FanDraft, and this is not a paid promotion or partnership. We’re simply mentioning tools that fantasy commissioners may find useful when planning their league’s draft experience.
How Fantasy Draft Rumble Works
Fantasy Draft Rumble turns each league manager into a pixel-art wrestler and drops them into a draft-order battle royal. The last wrestler standing gets the first overall pick, the second-to-last eliminated gets the second pick, and so on until the full draft order is revealed.
Commissioners can enter teams manually or import from services like Sleeper, Yahoo, or ESPN. The match can be played right away or scheduled for a future reveal, which makes it easy to share one link with the entire league and have everyone watch the same result together.
There is also a weighted lottery option, which is useful if your league determines draft odds based on last year’s standings or another lottery-style system.
Unlike 100 Yard Rush, which is completely free, Fantasy Draft Rumble offers both a free version and paid options. The free version allows commissioners to run matches and share links, while the premium options add features like saved leagues, custom wrestlers, uploaded face photos, and vanity URLs.
If your league enjoys turning draft order night into a little event, Fantasy Draft Rumble is another creative option worth checking out.
