Commissioner-Controlled Customization

The feature lives in Audio / Video Settings, where commissioners can tailor the experience:

• Turn it on or off entirely

• Pause the draft until the commissioner clicks Resume

• Auto-dismiss after a set duration (5–60 seconds) and keep things moving

Want maximum chaos? Pause it.
Want efficiency? Let it auto-dismiss.
Want none of it? Turn it off.
